Traditionally, outside of New York City, where most Broadway shows are produced as Commercial Business Ventures, theatrical shows are produced as  non-profit 501(c)3 donation platforms wherein donors give money, but do not have the opportunity to participate financially in the success of a play or musical.

As Felicia M. Lopes, the Producing Artistic Director & Founder of FeLo & Co Theatrical Productions comes out of 20 years plus producing and general managing shows on and off Broadway, she has opted to give Dallas theatre fans an opportunity to participate financially in the shows she produces for the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
